Attention Industrial Designers and creative CAD Designers! We are once again expanding and adding to our Design Department! Our “Production Designers” create accurate construction documents and assembly instructions to help the Production Department perform at a top rate of accuracy, efficiency, and speed. This position is also responsible for improving product quality while decreasing costs and production times by finding better materials and production methods. Our Portable Trade Show Coordinator has the ability to multitask and compartmentalize information very well. They are responsible for making sure that our portable trade show clients have flawless experiences at their shows. The ideal candidate will possess extreme organizational skills, be able to keep many balls in the air at once, and have a memory like an elephant! All while working under tight deadlines.
They will work well on their own within our systems and processes while communicating details to our team, clients, and vendors. This person will focus heavily on knowing the client, the client’s inventory, the client’s annual show activities and every detail that pertains to providing that client flawless service. Our carpenters take parts that have been cut out on our CNC machine and assemble them into finished structures. Most of the things we build get covered in Formica type laminate for durability. We then stage the custom elements in our setup area for final inspection before packing them up to be shipped to the site for installation. Everything we build is custom and one-off, so no mundane same-thing-day-in-and-day-out assembly line work!
We are looking to add several carpenters and installers at all levels of experience to our custom production team. We have a great teamwork environment where everyone mentors and trains each other.

We have a 140,000-square-foot facility in East Birmingham where all of that happens. We are looking for an awesome individual to join our Exhibit Management Warehouse Operations team.
We have a very dynamic team-based work environment. Every day is something new and exciting here. No picking orders of the same stuff every day! Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with forklift experience, but being an honest, hard working team player is what’s most important. We need you to show up on time every day (8:00AM-5:00PM), leave all drama at home, be accountable, good with details, have great time management skills, great communication skills and want to have fun with your co-workers. At the end of the day, we are looking for an addition to our team, not someone who prefers to work solo.
A valid Forklift Operator Certification will earn a pay differential for this position.
