Account Executive – Nashville

ExpoDisplays/Method-1 is growing and looking for Account Executives that are passionate about working with customers to create and install the corporate interiors of their dreams!  We’re about more than just selling. We’re about helping our customers achieve the most beautiful, striking interior possible to showcase their brand without the hassles typically associated with renovating corporate spaces.  By working with our world class Design and Production teams, we not only solve complex customer branding issues with ease, but handle all aspects of the process for them.

Do you have a passion for helping clients achieve their interior re-branding goals? We are seeking an Account Executive who can guide clients through the process of completely rejuvenating interiors generating excitement and interest for years to come.

Excellent learning skills with quick ability to implement sales strategies are a must.  Our champion will also exhibit superior listening skills, readily demonstrate the value of our services, and be able to make recommendations.  You should also be adept at overcoming challenges to secure sales in a fast-paced competitive market. Previous experience with creating professional interior spaces is preferred.

You must have previous successes building relationships with C-Level executives and other key decision makers.  Having preexisting relationships with key middle/executive management contacts at some of middle Tennessee’s leading businesses is preferred.  You must be proficient at managing a sales pipeline and cultivating new/repeat customer relationships with minimal supervision.

ExpoDisplays and Method-1 Interiors is growing and looking for an Installer to join our energetic and fun team in Birmingham, AL!

We create some of the most innovative and award winning trade show exhibits and commercial interiors in the industry.  Our unique process allows us to design and build the entire project in our 130,000 square foot facility prior to delivering the components to the site for assembly and installation.

The primary responsibilities for this job include: Delivery and installation of cabinets, countertops, displays, fixtures, graphics, A/V equipment and other custom built elements; Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly worksite and vehicle; Constantly being aware of milestones and project due dates; Traveling to and from installation sites; Work on a day-to-day basis with clients regarding product installation; Performing all duties in a manner consistent with the spirit of teamwork and delivering top quality product.

 Production Designer

Attention CAD Designers!  ExpoDisplays and Method-1 Interiors in Birmingham, AL is once again expanding and adding to our Design department’s arsenal!  Our hero will have tremendous skill and passion for charting the course for design concepts to come to life.

Highly effective communication is important as this position is responsible for the dissemination of information between the clients/sales/design team and our production/exhibit management departments.

We create some of the most innovative and award winning trade show exhibits and commercial interiors in the industry.  To build on our successes, and ensure the quality of our products, our Production Designers must be able to create documentation for future re-builds, providing the best assembly instructions in the trade show industry and creating accurate shop plans to help the Production Department perform at a top rate of efficiency and speed.  This position is also responsible for improving product quality while decreasing costs and production times by finding better materials and production methods.

We use Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Google for Business. You should be proficient with all of these or similar software packages.

Project Manager

ExpoDisplays and Method-1 Interiors is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We create some of the most innovative and award winning trade show exhibits, museums and commercial interiors in the country.

Our Project Managers serve as the hub between our Sales, Design and Production departments. They ensure that projects are produced in a timely and cost effective manner while exceeding our clients’ expectations. To join our team you must have a great attitude, get along well with others and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done when needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master juggler – keep lots of balls in the air at once without dropping any.
  • Detail ninja – nothing gets past you!
  • Communications expert – only English is required but you have to be good at using it.
  • Handy – we build stuff so it helps if you know how stuff gets built.
  • Radar O’Reilly – you have to make sure everyone knows what’s happening and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Master yogi – you don’t have to be physically flexible to do this job but you do need to be mentally flexible and flexible in the way and where you work.

Given the explosive growth in our method-1 custom interiors division, the ideal candidate will also have some degree of commercial construction experience. Specifically, we’re looking for people with experience managing projects while working with commercial contractors, subcontractors, equipment rental companies, material suppliers, architects, engineers, clients, etc. Also, our custom interior project base is expanding and we have projects all over the Southeast and beyond so you have to be willing and able to travel occasionally as needed and work remotely at times.

We are looking for skilled craftsmen with experience in cabinet making, assembly and trim carpentry. Experience working with plastic laminates and solid surface materials are a plus.
