Warranties
ExpoDisplays, Inc., an Alabama corporation, hereby warrants, as set forth below, its ExpoCurve (EX), ExpoAire/AireLite (EA), Visions (VI), DiamondFlex (DF), Evolution (EC), ExpoForm (EF), ExpoLight (EL), MultiQuad (MQ), ExpoModular (EM), MarketPro (MP), ExpoSpace (ES) and ExpoSpaceSaver (ESS) products in four parts: Framework, Hardware, Panels & Cases. Framework represents the collapsible pop-up and framework mag-bars or channel bars, for the EC & EX product lines. Framework consists of the hinged, folding stackable frame for VI and the framework for EF, EL, MQ, EM, ES and ESS. Hardware represents the shelves, brackets, connection mechanisms or connectors, accessories (header frames, stands, etc.) and light fixtures (excludes bulbs) for all product lines listed above. Panels represent the rigid or flexible surface areas, with or without fabric, on EC or EX, & the fabric-covered or laminated panel assemblies of the EA, VI, EM, EF, EL, MQ, ES and ESS product lines. Cases represent the plastic containers & or manufactured cases. Graphics and graphic panels are under warranty for 90 days.
Evolution Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser of the product from
the original date of shipment that it will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship as follows: Framework for LIFETIME, Hardware for 1 year, & Panels/Cases
for 90 days.
ExpoAire/Airelite Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser
of the product from the original date of shipment that it will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship as follows: Panels for LIFETIME, Hardware for 1 year, & Panels/Cases
for 90 days.
DiamondFlex Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser
of the product from the original date of shipment that it will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship as follows: Framework for LIFETIME, Hardware for 1 year, &
Panels/Cases for 90 days.
MarketPro Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser of the product from
the original date of shipment that it will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship as follows: Hardware for LIFETIME & Graphics for 90 days.
ExpoModular Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser of the product from
the original date of shipment that it will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship as follows: Panels for 3 years, Hardware for 1 year, & Panels/Cases for
90 days.
ExpoForm Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser of the product from
the original date of shipment that it will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship as follows: Framework for 1 year, Hardware for 1 year, & Panels/Cases for
90 days.
ExpoLight Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser of the product from
the original date of shipment that it will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship as follows: LIFETIME warranty on the frame, Hardware for 1 year, & Panels/Cases for 90 days.
MultiQuad Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser of the product from
the original date of shipment that it will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship as follows: LIFETIME warranty on the frame, Hardware for 1 year, & Panels/Cases for 90 days.
ExpoSpaceSaver Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser of the product from
the original date of shipment that it will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship as follows: Hardware for LIFETIME & Panels/Cases for
90 days.
ExpoSpace Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser of the product from
the original date of shipment that it will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship as follows: Framework for 1 year, Hardware for 1 year, & Panels/Cases for
90 days.
Visions Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser
of the product from the original date of shipment that it will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship as follows: Framework for 1 year, Hardware for 1 year, & Panels/Cases for
90 days.
ExpoCurve Warranty
ExpoDisplays warrants to the original purchaser
of the product from the original date of shipment that it will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship as follows: Framework for LIFETIME, Hardware for 1 year, &
Panels/Cases for 90 days.
• The
conditions of the Limited Warranty are that the products shall have been
subject to only normal use & service & shall not have been
misused, neglected, altered or otherwise damaged & there shall be no
evidence of tampering or deliberate destruction. This includes
structural alterations to any of the products. Authorization to return
any alleged defective part must be obtained from ExpoDisplays in
addition to a Return Authorization Number before the alleged defective
part is returned. The buyer must prepay all shipping charges to
ExpoDisplays; ExpoDisplays will pay normal ground shipping charges to
return the item to the buyer. ExpoDisplays will not accept charges for
parts purchased unless the conditions of this Warranty have been
satisfied.
• This
Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The
warranties of merchantability & fitness for a particular purpose are
limited in duration to a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. ExpoDisplays shall
not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or
consequential damages out of or in connection with the performance of
these products or their use by owner.
• No
representative, distributor, or dealer of or for ExpoDisplays is
authorized to assume for ExpoDisplays any other obligations or
liabilities in connection with the products, nor modify, extend, or
alter the terms of this Warranty in any way. This Limited Warranty is
limited to the expressed provisions contained herein & does not extend
to the liability for labor cost incurred in replacing defective parts.
ExpoDisplays' liability is limited exclusively to repair or replacement
of the defective part. Credit will be issued if defective part is
returned qualifying for the replacement pursuant to the terms & conditions of this Limited Warranty. Parts may also be obtained from
local Authorized ExpoDealer.
• Contact
ExpoDisplays or your local Authorized ExpoDealer within 48 hours for any
damages that may have incurred during transit.
